Being sick STINKS!!!

Being sick sure STINKS. Well it all started Wednesday. Alyssa woke up with a terrible cough, so mommy called the doctor. Dr. McKenna said that Alyssa has RSV which is a respiratory virus. So Alyssa had to be on the breathing machine every three hours for 10-15 minutes. Dr. McKenna wanted to see her Thursday AND Friday to check her oxygen level. Friday's trip we both had an appt. My appt was a follow up for my speech and that seems to be better, so mom was happy about that. Alyssa on the other hand the doctor wanted her to go to the hospital to get an x-ray done. She wanted an x-ray of her lungs to see if she had the pneumonia. Thank goodness it wasn't the pneumonia, she just has a bad virus. So we go back to the doctors again for a check up, hopefully better news then.

Well today, I got that bad cough so now I am on the breathing machine! So every three hours at our house the machine is running for a half hour. Mom can't wait until this is all over!!! Either can I, I want to go outside and run around!!!
